From magnetic board to football physics

A 2D match simulator built for coaching reality: every pass, dribble, shot, run, body angle and defensive action is tied to the same match clock instead of moving magnets faster than football allows.

What the engine protects

  • Ball speed, player speed and action time are calculated together.
  • Players can only reach spaces their profile makes realistic.
  • Sequences play back as video-like movement, not static board snapshots.

Ball Action Engine

Every pass, dribble and shot has an origin, target, distance, travel profile and ETA.

Ball Speed Model

Auto mode profiles short passes, switches, through balls, shots and carry actions; manual mode lets you stress-test any speed.

Player Movement

Reach is calculated from reaction time, acceleration, top speed and the ball action duration.

Receiving and Interception

Receivers control inside a realistic radius; opponents can intercept, press or tackle when arrival timing makes it possible.

Body Orientation

Players face their run first, then settle with ball-facing or open body shape at arrival.

Sequences and Autopilot

Actions are recorded as steps, interpolated like video and linked to formations, identity and spacing rules.

Ball ETA = distance, action type, speed profile and deceleration
Player reach = reaction time + acceleration curve + top-speed cap
Dribble realism = carrier quality, role, surface, weather and pressure
Reception = control radius + first-touch mode + open body orientation
Defending = block spacing, line integrity, pressure chain and duels
Sequence = each action recorded, interpolated and replayed at match speed
